1. Submit Your Application Form
Start by completing the online partner application form on our website. Provide your basic details,experience, and preferred service (Chef or Driver)This helps us understand your profile before verification begins.
2. Eligibility Review
Our team reviews your application to ensure you meet the basic requirements:- Must be self-employed- Able to work flexible hours- Professional and customer-friendly- Eligible to work in the UK- Drivers: Must have valid Hire & Reward InsuranceIf additional information is needed, we will contact you.
3. Verification & Document Check
Once eligible, you will be asked to upload the required documents:For All Partners:- Valid ID- Proof of address- Right-to-work documentsFor Chefs:- Food hygiene certificate (optional but recommended)For Drivers:- UK driving licence- Hire & Reward Insurance
4. Start Accepting Jobs & Earning
Once your account is live: Chefs:- Offer home cooking- Meal prep- Events & private dining- Daily/weekly cooking Drivers:- Drive customers’ own cars- Flexible hourly, daily, or trip-based bookings Partners receive secure weekly/monthly payouts through the Servizo platform

No. All partners are independent, self-employed contractors, not employees. You manage
your own hours, earnings, and responsibilities.

Complete verification → Start receiving bookings.
After completing a job, payments go through Servizo’s secure payment system.
You receive payouts to your registered account after fees (if any) are applied.
